1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and pk177 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the pk177 website at pk177.club and all associated services, including sports betting, online casino gaming, promotional programmes, and customer support.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

pk177 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk177 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk177 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20).

• Deposits: Funds deposited to pk177 are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Deposit minimums and maximums are displayed on the deposit screen at time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of identity and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. pk177 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Wallet section. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes during operational hours.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, or to a verified account in the User's own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• Transaction Fees: pk177 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which pk177 bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and winnings are displayed and settled in PKR. No currency conversion is applied on the platform.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on pk177, you agree to the specific rules applicable to that market or game, as displayed within the platform. General rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk177 does not accept requests to cancel or amend placed bets except where explicitly provided by specific market rules.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a bet or game, pk177 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• pk177 reserves the right to suspend markets, cancel bets, or limit stakes where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, information abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• Maximum winnings per bet or per day may apply and are displayed within the relevant market or game interface.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical game in progress and are final once the round is concluded. Disputes arising from claimed connection failures during live sessions will be reviewed based on server-side game records, which are the definitive record.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk177 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any part of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk177 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with pk177 in any way.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or exploitation of insider information.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such winnings are void.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of illegal activity through pk177.
• Allowing or facilitating a third party to use your account.
• Any form of systematic arbitrage or promotional abuse designed to guarantee profit without genuine risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on pk177, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data compilations, is the property of pk177 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pk177 content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• pk177 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

Upon closure, any verified balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses and disputed amounts will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

13. Governing Law & Disputes
